Alan Younger

Alan Younger has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, having held various positions in operations and management. Alan's career began at BHP as a Production Supervisor, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, optimizing gas lift and plunger-assisted wells, and coordinating repair work. Following this role, Alan served as a Flowback Foreman, managing the flowback of new wells in the Eagleford region. Alan then worked as a Lease Operator at Ovintiv before transitioning to an OCC Operator position at Crosby Energy Services for Validus Energy. Currently, Alan is employed at Devon Energy as a DSC Operator/Production Analyst, contributing to production analysis and operational efficiency.
