Caroline Armstrong

Caroline Armstrong has over three decades of experience in property management, currently serving as Regional Manager for Victoria and Vancouver at Devon Properties since 2012, after holding positions as Senior Residential Property Manager and Rental Department Supervisor. Caroline began the career at Devon Properties in 1992 as a Residential Property Manager, contributing to the company until 2004. Educational qualifications include a Strata Management certification and a Residential Property Management degree from the Real Estate Council of BC, as well as a Citation in Disability and Applied Behaviour Analysis from Douglas College, where Caroline was recognized on the Dean's List. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Guelph.
