Nitin Ahuja

Nitin Ahuja possesses extensive experience in the hospitality and finance sectors, having worked at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from January 2006 until December 2022, where notable roles included Director of Residential Property Management on a global scale, Director of Residential Property Management for EMEA, and Director of Finance, all emphasizing critical thinking. Prior to Four Seasons, Nitin served as a Cost Controller at VIOM Networks, overseeing cost control for over 20,000 towers in northern and eastern India. A brief tenure as a Consultant at Cushman & Wakefield Hospitality involved creating market studies and feasibility reports for hospitality developments. Nitin is pursuing dual Master of Business Administration degrees from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and Smith School of Business at Queen's University, with studies ongoing since January 2018.
