Joanna Bouloux

Joanna Bouloux is a Partner and Solicitor at Devonshires since March 2015, bringing extensive experience from previous roles as a Solicitor and Trainee Solicitor at iLaw from October 2007 to March 2015. At iLaw, Joanna specialized in corporate and commercial law, handling commercial contracts, corporate transactions, competition law, intellectual property, and public procurement. Joanna holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Commercial and Corporate Law from Queen Mary University of London and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Surrey.
