Julian Barker is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in banking and capital markets. Currently serving as Partner and Head of Banking and Capital Markets at Devonshires since August 2005, Julian has held prior roles including Associate in the Banking and Finance Team at S J Berwin LLP and Eversheds Sutherland, as well as an Associate in Banking and Real Estate Finance at Allen & Overy. Julian began a legal career as a Trainee and Solicitor in the Banking and Capital Markets Team at Simmons & Simmons. Julian holds a BSc in Natural Sciences from Durham University and completed the CPE and LPC at the College of Law in Guildford.
