Aparna Balasundar

Aparna Balasundar has been working in the tech industry since 2001. Aparna began their career as a Senior IT Recruiter, People and Workforce Strategist for Appco India, Alp mgmt, Artech Consulting, and Pyramid Consulting. In 2007, they joined CSC as an Offering SME - Custom Application Development & Enablement, DevOps, Project Manager, Infra Project Manager, and Resource Partner. In 2017, they moved to TechStar Group as a DevOps Practice Manager. In 2018, they joined GGK Tech as a DevOps Practice/Project Delivery Manager. In 2019, they joined Capgemini as a Senior Manager- DevOps Practice | Scrum Master/Agile Coach. In 2020, they became India Chapter Lead - DevOps Institute and a DevOps Institute Ambassador.

Aparna Balasundar completed their BE in Instrumentation & Control from Anna University between 1997 and 2001. Aparna also attended Adarsh Vidyalaya. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Succeeding in a New Role By Managing Up from LinkedIn in October 2021, Managing and Working with a Technical Team for Nontechnical Professionals from LinkedIn in November 2020, DevOps Leader from DevOps Institute in February 2018, DevOps Foundation from DevOps Institute in May 2016, Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in March 2016, and Certified SAFe 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2020.
