Lina Višić

Lina Višić is a talent acquisition specialist currently employed at Devōt since January 2023, with a diverse background in recruitment and psychology. Prior to this role, Lina served as a recruiting partner at Bugatti Rimac and gained extensive experience as a global technical recruiter at Modus Create. Lina also operated a sole proprietorship providing recruitment consulting services, specializing in remote hiring for US and EU-based startups and scale-ups. Lina's earlier career includes significant contributions as a psychologist, conducting psychoeducational activities and workshops across Croatia, as well as serving in various consulting and research roles focused on HR and organizational efficiency. Lina holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Zagreb and completed a summer school program in Abnormal and Clinical Psychology at the University of Sussex.
