Faustin Grosjean

Faustin Grosjean is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership and product management. At Devoteam, since July 2025, Faustin serves as a Squad Leader, managing a team of 20 across various domains including PMO and product management, with responsibilities for skill development and client satisfaction. Previously, Faustin worked as a Product Manager at Decathlon from December 2016 to February 2025 and held roles such as Department Manager and Store Co-Leader. In addition, Faustin contributed as a Guest Lecturer at FormApi, teaching courses on team and project management, and is currently a Lead Consultant for Product Ops in the CMA CGM Ecommerce domain. Faustin holds multiple degrees from IAE Lille and the University of Oklahoma, showcasing a strong educational foundation in business and management.
