Gert Jan van Halem

Gert Jan van Halem is an experienced technology leader with a comprehensive background in software delivery, DevOps, and agile methodologies. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and Principal DevOps Consultant at Devoteam since January 2018, Gert Jan focuses on transforming organizations into high-performing entities through various roles. Previous positions include a diverse range of responsibilities at Rabobank, TMNS, ProRail, and Bank Audi, where Gert Jan contributed to DevOps support, agile transformations, process improvements, and continuous delivery implementations. Earlier career roles at MN and ASR Nederland involved managing teams and developing front-end systems while employing Lean and Agile principles. Gert Jan holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Delft University of Technology.
