Martin Kadlec

Martin Kadlec is a seasoned project manager and lead consultant with a strong background in IT service management, business process consulting, and project coordination. Currently serving as the Lead Consultant and Service Operations Business Leader at Devoteam since July 2018, Martin has excelled in various roles including Delivery Manager and Bid Manager, leveraging extensive experience in Agile and SCRUM methodologies. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager where Martin focused on IT strategy and project management at Ipsos and Project Manager at SYMBIO Agency, overseeing complex interactive projects for high-profile clients. Early career experiences include positions at Air Bank a.s. as a Business Process Specialist and at Prima TV as a Lead Editor Assistant. Martin holds a certification as a ScrumMaster® and received education at Kaplan Australia and Gymnázium Ústavní in Prague.
