Nav Dhinsa is a Principal Consultant specializing in Management of Change at Devoteam since April 2021, delivering IT-driven business change and developing change strategies. As a Business Change & Transformation Manager for Independent Transformational Change Consulting Services, Nav provides expertise to international clients implementing large-scale programs. Previously, Nav held the role of Business Change Manager at BearingPoint, focusing on IT-driven business culture change and stakeholder management. Nav has also served as Head of Learning Innovation at Sysdoc, Manager of Human Capital & Organisational Change Management at Wipro Limited, and as a consultant in various capacities at BearingPoint, RWE npower, Siebel Systems, and British Airways. Nav holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Information Systems from the University of Wolverhampton and attended the Yale School of Management in 2017.
