Ben Pearlman

Ben Pearlman is a seasoned operations leader in the healthcare sector with extensive experience in enhancing care delivery models for high-risk populations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Clinical Operations at Devoted Health, Ben has overseen the expansion of the Intensive Home Care program, scaling it from under 200 patients to over 3,000 in three years. Previous roles include Director of Clinical Operations at Oak Street Health, where Ben facilitated the redesign of a mobile care portfolio, and Director of Full-Risk Mobile Care at CareMore Health, leading the implementation of a home-based care delivery platform.
