David Stearns

David Stearns currently serves as the Senior Director of Medicare Programs at Devoted Health, a position held since October 2017, overseeing the Star Ratings Program and Pharmacy Operations. Previously, David Stearns worked for Martin's Point Health Care for two decades, progressing from a Business & Systems Analyst to Senior Director of Medicare Program Management, where responsibilities included managing the Medicare Product Line and overseeing key programs such as Part D and Star Ratings. David Stearns also contributed to analytics and data warehousing efforts in earlier roles, including Director of Analytics and Business Intelligence Manager. Additionally, David Stearns had an internship in Health Plan Operations at John Deere Health Plan in 1996. David Stearns holds a degree in Health Management and Policy from the University of New Hampshire.
