Eli Kramer

Eli Kramer possesses extensive experience in the medical field, currently serving as the Medical Director for Utilization Management and Appeals at Devoted Health since January 2024. Previously, Eli held the position of Corporate Medical Director at Humana from May 2018 to January 2024, focusing on national Medicare grievances and appeals. Earlier roles include Independent Medical Consultant, Associate Manager of Clinical Development at Boston Biomedical, and Physician Advisor at Mercy Health System of Southeastern Pennsylvania. Eli also has a robust background in managing Medicare appeals and conducting medical reviews with Executive Health Resources, and has held various internal medicine positions at multiple hospitals. Eli earned a medical degree from Brown Medical School and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brown University.
