Jeff Rust

Jeff Rust is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in network development and vendor relationship management. Currently serving as the VP of National Vendor Relationship Management at Devoted Health since June 2017, Jeff has successfully led provider network development initiatives, most notably establishing a CMS-compliant network in Florida within six months for the launch of a new health plan. Prior to Devoted Health, Jeff held leadership roles at Aetna, UnitedHealth Group, and Magellan Pharmacy Solutions, focusing on network management and strategic relationship development. With a background that includes significant achievements in value-based contracting at Florida Blue and human resources management at Gustafson's Dairy, Jeff demonstrates a strong ability to drive operational efficiency and enhance corporate growth through effective networking strategies. Currently attending Western Governors University, Jeff is pursuing a degree in Marketing Management.
