Katie Scalia

Katie Scalia is an accomplished Human Resources professional with significant experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner II at Devoted Health since May 2021, Katie previously held positions as a Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Specialist at Tufts Health Plan from July 2019 to May 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Benefits Specialist at Aquent and various HR roles at Dell EMC, including Senior HR Analyst, HR Solutions Specialist, and Senior HR Representative. Katie holds a Master of Human Resources degree from Framingham State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communication with a minor in Human Resource Development from James Madison University.
