Kristina Woodmansee Brauch is an experienced operations leader with a proven track record in performance improvement and data-driven decision-making. Currently serving as Associate Director for Operations Performance Improvement at Devoted Health since September 2022, previously held roles at Pegasystems including Operations Manager and Senior Business Analyst, where significant achievements included the implementation of automated reporting solutions that saved 95% of monthly processing time. Prior experience at EF Education First involved managing tour production and developing analytical tools in SQL and Power BI to enhance productivity.
