Lisette Roman

Lisette Roman is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Director of Risk Adjustment Program Integrity at Devoted Health since November 2024. Prior to this role, Lisette held various positions at Decision Point from September 2019 to November 2024, including Vice President of Analytics and Director of Analytics. Lisette's earlier career included roles as a Senior Consultant and Consultant at Day Health Strategies from September 2017 to September 2019, and as a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst and Healthcare Data Analyst at Decision Point Healthcare Solutions from September 2016 to August 2015. Additionally, Lisette worked at Massachusetts General Hospital from June 2012 to May 2015 in multiple positions, including Data Analyst and Clinical Research Coordinator. Lisette holds a Master’s Degree in Health Informatics from Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences and a BA in Psychology and French from Connecticut College.
