Shirisha Avusula has been working in the HR field since 2009. Shirisha began their career as a Recruitment Associate at Oasis Global Services in 2009. In 2010, they moved to LogicTreeIT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as an Associate Consultant-HR. In 2016, they were promoted to Manager-HR at DevRabbit IT Solutions.

Shirisha Avusula holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Kakatiya University.
