Ben Colborn

Ben Colborn is an experienced professional in knowledge operations and technical documentation, currently serving as the Head of Knowledge Ops at DevRev since November 2022. Prior to this role, Ben was the Director of Information Experience at DocuSign, where responsibilities included enhancing quality standards and processes for the information experience team. A significant tenure at Nutanix spanned more than a decade, during which Ben held positions including Director and Manager of Technical Publications, focusing on developing standards and leading a growing team. Earlier career experiences included roles at Citrix Systems as a Principal Courseware Developer and at San Jose State University as a Tutor and Lecturer. Ben holds a Bachelor's Degree in English with minors in Computer Science and German from the University of Idaho, as well as a Master's Degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages from San José State University.
