Ben Ient

Ben Ient is a seasoned professional in product design, currently serving as the Director of Product Design at DevRev since September 2025. Previously, Ient held the position of Senior Director of Product Design at Gorgias from January 2024 to August 2025, enhancing customer support for e-commerce brands. As Head of Product Design at Getsafe, Ient contributed to simplifying insurance processes for over 550,000 customers from February 2022 to January 2024. Ient also founded Seatfrog in December 2014, leading product design efforts for a platform transforming rail travel. Additional experience includes roles as AWARD Tutor, Creative Lead at VML, and Art Director at MercerBell, where Ient worked on campaigns for various well-known brands. Ient's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and New Media from the University of Wollongong and training at Direct Marketing Creative School.
