Rohan Soj

Rohan Soj has a diverse and extensive work experience, beginning in 2014 with an internship/implant training job rotation at Kerala Fashion Jewellery - India. Here, they worked in all departments, including retail luxury product sales, investment schemes sales, inventory management, store management, vendor relations, and verification of sales ledgers. In 2015, they held two internships/implant trainings, one at Gold Concepts Technologies Pvt Ltd and the other at TongueStun Food Network Pvt Ltd. At Gold Concepts Technologies Pvt Ltd, they were a Business Development Associate and was responsible for product conceptualization, market research, planting sales windows, and telephonic sales. At TongueStun Food Network Pvt Ltd, they were a Business Development Associate and was responsible for lead generation and client acquisition. In 2016, they were an Associate Research Analyst at McKinsey & Company. In 2017, they were a Senior Account Manager and Business Development Manager at Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd). Here, they trained and set up restaurant onboarding teams across South Indian cities and was an “hitman” to invite and onboard all major restaurant chains and legendary food brands to the mega cloud kitchens. In 2019, they were an Account Executive at Freshworks. In 2021, they were an Account Executive at Microsoft and at Ally.io, a Microsoft Company, where they were responsible for inbound and outbound sales in the US, ANZ, and APAC, and onboarding new and transitional Ally customers into Microsoft (Viva). Rohan is currently a Founding Member of Revenue at DevRev.

Rohan Soj completed their 10th grade at De Paul International Residential School in 2011. Rohan then attended St. Aloysius College, Mangalore-575003 and obtained a Pre University College degree in Commerce in 2013. Rohan went on to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Business Administration and Management, General at Loyola College from 2014 to 2017. In 2018, Rohan Soj earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Anna University, which they completed in 2020. In September 2021, Rohan Soj obtained the OKR Foundations certification from Ally.io.
