Sheetal Mohan

Sheetal Mohan has over 18 years of work experience in the field of Learning and Development. Sheetal started their career in 2002 as a Senior Executive - Learning and Development at Bharti Airtel. In 2004, they moved to Keane India Ltd as a Manager - Corporate Alignment and Training, where they managed initiatives for implementing SAP tool for training and event management. Sheetal was responsible for rolling out LMS tool to Keane offshore locations and successfully implemented the tool on time. In 2010, Sheetal joined Sony India Software Centre as a Senior Manager - Human Resources (Learning and Development). During their time there, they streamlined the complete training process and analyzed training needs. In 2018, Sheetal moved to Nutanix as a Director - Engineering Enablement and Senior Program Manager - Engineering Enablement (Learning and Development). In this role, they were responsible for building and leading the Learning and Development function in India and providing end to end enablement programs and services for an engineering audience of 1000+. Sheetal also developed a learning culture within their own team and across engineering teams. Sheetal is currently working at DevRev as People Ops since 2022.

Sheetal Mohan's education history consists of a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physics Chemistry Maths from Canara College from 1995 to 2000, a Post Graduate Diploma in HR and PM from IMM Pune from 2004 to 2006, and an eMDP in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode from 2019 to 2020. Sheetal also holds four additional certifications: Certified Performance and Competency Developer from Carlton Advanced Management Institute (2014), Bullet Proof Manager from Crestcom International (2011), Certified Process Professional from BP Group (2011), and Internal Auditor ISO14001:2004 from BSI (2011).
