Shlomi Vaknin

Builder, Engineering at DevRev

Early in his childhood, Shlomi gained notoriety for wrecking and then eventually fixing things while trying to understand how they worked. When he was about nine years old, his mom brought their very first computer home for her work. It wasn't long before he had managed to break it. After he broke it the third time, his mom took him along with the computer to the repair shop, and left me there for a few hours. What happened next changed his life. Watching the technicians the entire day as they repaired this and other computers was a dream-come-true for him. Soon after, he was able to fix the computer on his own, learning from things like autoexec.bat file that the technicians had written.
