Jonna Duvall Williams

Jonna Duvall-Williams has worked in a variety of roles since 2000. Jonna began their career as a CSR at Zions Bank. In 2004, they moved to Champion Home Builders, Inc. as a Purchaser. From 2008 to 2020, they held multiple roles as President, Vice President, and Manager at Action Truck Brokerage, JBD Enterprises, Inc., Duvall Surety Services, Inc. and Duvall Surety Inc. In 2019, they took on a Consultant Internship at ANGEL WINGS NETWORK. Most recently, in 2021, they became an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maine at Augusta.

Jonna Duvall-Williams obtained their Master's degree in UXD from Kent State University from 2020 to 2021. From 2017 to 2020, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Cyber Security from the University of Maine at Augusta, with certificates in Cyber Forensics and Network Security Analyst. From 2007 to 2009, they attended Treasure Valley Community College and earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations, with a Certificate in WAFC Retail Management. Jonna graduated from Weiser High School in 2001. Additionally, they have obtained a CyberOps Associate certification from Cisco in April 2021 and a CompTIA CTT+ Virtual Classroom Trainer Certification from CompTIA in August 2020.
