Sheraz Siddiqui

Sheraz Siddiqui has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of HR & People Operations at Devsinc since March 2021, following a previous role as Senior Executive in Human Resources at FutureNow Technologies. Sheraz's expertise encompasses resume screening, candidate interviews, employee onboarding, and maintaining employee documentation. Responsibilities also include managing compensation and benefits, conducting training sessions, and formulating organizational policies. With a strong background in organizational development, employee relations, and recruitment, Sheraz has also contributed to various HR functions across prior roles at Ghazi Fabrics International Limited, Master Group of Industries, ATC, and TRG. Sheraz holds a BBA(Hons) and an MHRM in Human Resources Management from the University of Management and Technology.
