DevsPoint — AI & Engineering talent, fast. With a transparent margin.

We help CTOs, Heads of Engineering and HR Directors build and scale teams across AI/LLM/NLP/ML, Cybersecurity, Data, and Cloud/DevOps/SRE. We operate a Poland-first network (CEE coverage) and deliver measurable hiring outcomes.

What we do
•Subscription Talent Pool (RaaS): continuous pipeline for your priority roles
•Success-Fee Search: targeted hunts for critical hires
•Team Extension (B2B/EOR): single experts or squads with a transparent margin

Why it works
	•Speed: shortlist 3–5 profiles in [72h], avg. time-to-start [≤21 days]
•Quality: [>90% 12-month retention], [>85% offer acceptance], structured tech validation
•Coverage: senior engineers from Poland & CEE with strong English and delivery culture
•Clarity: open rate cards & margin model — no surprises

How we work
We integrate with your ATS, run structured interviews and technical challenges (incl. AI/ML & security tracks), share scorecards, and keep you in control of the funnel. Compliance: NDAs, IP assignment, GDPR-safe process.

Let’s build the team that ships.
