Previously, Ashish held the position of General Manager at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd., overseeing profit and loss management for a portfolio of over 180 restaurants, achieving significant revenue growth. Ashish's extensive experience also includes various managerial roles at Cafe Coffee Day and McDonald's. Ashish holds an executive program in management from the Institute of Management Technology, along with several other advanced degrees in management and strategic analysis from prestigious institutions, including the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
