Jennifer Ayers is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Cybersecurity Advisor at Silverado Policy Accelerator and a member of the Board of Directors at DevZero, Jennifer is dedicated to improving developer experiences based on firsthand industry insights. As the Chief Operating Officer of a private sector entity and the owner of NextJen, LLC, Jennifer has demonstrated a strong operational acumen. Previously, Jennifer held key positions at DNSFilter, A Pause, and CrowdStrike, where responsibilities included leading teams in cybersecurity threat detection and incident response.
