Rob Fletcher

Rob Fletcher has held a variety of roles in the security engineering field since 2011. In 2011, they began as a Security Engineer for Cisco Systems. In 2013, they joined Mozilla Corporation as a Security Engineer, where they worked on Firefox and FirefoxOS Security. In 2014, they moved to OneLogin, Inc. as Lead Security Engineer. In 2015, they joined Uber as Head of Product Security, where they led a group of 45+ Security Engineers, Engineering Managers, and Product Managers. In 2020, they joined Facebook as Security Engineering Manager, Product Security. Most recently, in 2021, they became COO & Co-Founder of DevZero, a company that provides ephemeral, ready-to-code, on-demand developer environments.

Rob Fletcher completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a Minor in Mathematics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Rob then went on to obtain a Master of Science in Computer Science from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Most recently, they completed an Innovative Product Leadership: The Emerging Chief Product Officer program from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
