In 1997 he founded DEW on that guiding principle and a commitment to earn your trust, respect, and, ultimately, your partnership. DEW's mission is to consistently deliver the best in client services in the marketplace.

In 2012, the acquisition of MacMillin, a 66-year-old construction company based in Keene, NH, allowed DEW to integrate resources, capabilities, and industry expertise while creating growth opportunities for employees. Our people are at the core of our success. With an average tenure of 15 years, growing from within is deeply ingrained within our culture.

Today, DEW employs over 120 people and has become one of the region’s largest and most respected construction companies serving the northeast out of three locations - Williston, VT, Keene, NH, and Manchester, NH.
