Bini Susan Nebu

Bini Susan Nebu is an experienced professional in civil engineering and project coordination, currently serving as a Senior Document Consultant at Dewan Architects & Engineers for the iconic Oceana project in Al Marjan since April 2025. Prior to this role, Bini held positions as a Project Coordinator at Gulf Asia Contracting Company LLC and as a Senior Project Coordinator at CPC Construction and Piling, where responsibilities included coordinating site works among clients, consultants, and subcontractors. A freelance civil engineering consultant from 2013 to 2019, Bini is licensed in All Kerala Engineer A and has handled various projects from design to construction stages. Earlier experience includes roles as a Quantity Surveyor at Dubai Civil Engineering and Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Al Hamad Group of Companies. Bini holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Bharathiar University and a qualification in Quantity Surveying from the Ibiz Institute of Science and Technology.
