Carol Holland

Carol Holland, P.E. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and construction management. Currently serving as Vice President at Dewberry since October 2018, Carol previously held leadership roles at Delon Hampton & Associates and the International Monetary Fund, where responsibilities included brand development, risk management, and technical direction for significant projects. Carol's career also includes serving as President at Liggon Scott and Facilities Planning Director at ADIA, leading teams in the development of master plans and strategic remediation strategies. A veteran of the United States Navy, Carol held various construction management positions over a tenure that spanned more than two decades. Carol holds an MS in Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BS in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
