Dave Pate is a seasoned professional in project management and real estate with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Commissioning Project Manager at Dewberry since June 2021, Dave has also held similar positions at Edmonds Engineering, Inc. and Building Diagnostics & Property Science, focusing on building commissioning. As the owner of Pate Properties since 2008, Dave has actively engaged in the real estate sector. Previously, Dave worked at H&M Mechanical, Inc. in project management, estimating, and scheduling from 1984 to 2010. Dave's educational background includes studies in Marketing at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Jefferson State Community College.
