Michael Dowen

Michael Dowen is a Mechanical Commissioning Specialist at DLB Associates since August 2023. Prior to this role, Michael served as a CQV Engineer at CAI from March 2021 to June 2023 and as an Authorized Nuclear Inspector for Hartford Steam Boiler from October 2014 to July 2020, where involvement included the construction of Vogtle nuclear power plants 3 & 4. Michael's career began with the US Navy from 2002 to 2014 as a Nuclear Machinist Mate, overseeing advanced mechanical systems operations and maintenance in submarine propulsion plants. Michael completed high school education at Saratoga Springs High School between 1997 and 2002.
