David Nowak

David Nowak is an experienced Sustainability Planner currently employed at Dewberry since September 2022. Previously, David served as a Senior Energy Analyst at The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey from 2016 to 2021, where responsibilities included leading a business case study for offshore wind energy, managing greenhouse gas inventories, and preparing significant electricity budgets. A graduate of the University of Michigan with an MBA/MS, David also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Environmental Science & Engineering from Rice University. Early career roles included environmental consulting, project management, and research across various organizations, including Johnson Controls, Ford Motor Company, and Argonne National Laboratory, showcasing a strong commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency.
