James C Filson

James C Filson, II, P.E. has a distinguished career in water resources and hydraulic engineering. James C began their career at T.Y. Lin International in 1993 as a Hydraulic Engineer and remained with the company until 2001. From 2001 to 2002, Filson worked as a Senior Hydraulic Engineer at Dewberry. Following this, they joined the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) as a Culpeper District Hydraulic Engineer from 2002 to 2004. In 2004, Filson returned to Dewberry as a Water Resource Manager and Associate Vice President. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Assistant Business Unit Manager, and Water Resources Manager at Dewberry.

James C Filson, II, P.E. completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of South Florida, from 1990 to 1993.
