Jim Beight

Jim Beight is an accomplished architect with extensive experience in justice architecture. Since October 1996, Jim has served as the Director of Justice Architecture at Dewberry, leading national marketing and design efforts for courthouses, corrections, and public safety projects. Previously, Jim held positions such as Director of Design and Office Director at Dewberry, overseeing architecture practice design direction and managing the Fairfax office. Jim also contributed to the establishment of PSA's DC Metro area office, which merged with Dewberry in 2005. Prior to Dewberry, Jim was the Design Director and Project Designer at HLM Design, specializing in courthouse and healthcare projects. Jim earned a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Florida.
