Justin Marsh

Justin Marsh, PE, PMP is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and disaster recovery services. Currently serving as a Senior Associate and Senior Project Manager at Dewberry since April 2022, Justin manages FEMA Region 6 projects. Prior to this, Justin held roles at the NC State Ports Authority as Director of Construction, executing a significant $256 million expansion plan for key ports, and in various capacities at Dewberry, including advising senior FEMA officials during Hurricane Dorian and managing federal grant applications for Hurricane Harvey. Other notable experiences include engineering roles at PAE, Intertek, AMEC, and CB&I, along with a background in the US Navy as a Machinist's Mate. Justin holds an M.B.A. in Engineering/Industrial Management and a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from UNC Charlotte.
