Claudia (Rueda) Shehata

Claudia Rueda Shehata has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Claudia (Rueda) began their career in 2001 as an Estimator at Stavrou Associates, where they worked until 2003. After that, they joined Dewberry as a Project Manager and stayed with the company for a decade, departing in 2013. Following their time at Dewberry, Claudia served as a Land Development Manager at K.Hovnaninan Homes from 2013 until 2017. Most recently, they joined Rodgers Consulting in 2017 as an Associate/Senior Project Manager.

Claudia (Rueda) Shehata obtained a degree in Civil Engineering from the Escuela de Ingeniería de Antioquia, where they studied from 1989 to 2005. Claudia (Rueda) also holds additional certifications, including the Engineering Leadership Accelerator Level II and the Engineering Leadership Accelerator People Leadership Level II for 2022 Q4, both obtained from the Engineering Management Institute in November 2022.
