Lisa Cochran

Lisa Cochran, PHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Lisa currently holds the position of Associate Vice President and Regional HR Director at Dewberry since 2023. Lisa previously served as a Senior Associate and Regional HR Director, as well as an Associate and Regional HR Manager at the same company. Before that, they worked as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, Employee Engagement coordinator, and Intranet Specialist at Dewberry. Prior to joining Dewberry, Lisa worked at Thales USA as a Senior Communications Coordinator and Communications Coordinator.

Lisa Cochran, PHR received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a minor in Spanish from James Madison University in 2008. In 2017, they obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
