Teresa Walters has over ten years of experience in human resources, specializing in talent management, culture development, and performance improvement. Teresa has worked in various industries, including engineering, architecture, construction, medical device, and technology. Teresa's most recent role was as a Senior Associate and Regional HR Director at Dewberry, where they provided strategic HR support to the West region in the Architecture and MEPS Divisions. Prior to that, they served as the Regional Recruiting Manager for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Divisions at Dewberry. Teresa also has experience as a Team Lead Recruiter at HNTB, supporting the Central Division and Market/Practice Segment Leaders. In addition, they worked as a Recruiter and Engineering, IT & Digital Marketing Consultant at Covenant Consulting. Teresa's early career includes a role as the Director of Information Technology & Marketing at Medical Positioning, Inc.

Teresa Walters obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Kansas State University between the years 1990 and 1993.
