Stephen Duncan

Stephen Duncan, CFM, currently serves as the Coastal and Riverine Engineering and Modeling Team Lead at Dewberry, a position held since July 2016, where management responsibilities include overseeing a multi-disciplinary team and participating in staff development activities. Previously, Stephen was a Staff Engineer at Dewberry, focusing on water resources, hazard mitigation, and resilient community solutions. Prior experience includes an internship with the Utah Department of Environmental Quality, where responsibilities involved preparing educational materials for water conservation, and roles at Brigham Young University as both a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant, emphasizing GIS modeling and instruction. Stephen holds a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, both from Brigham Young University.
