Brandon Simmons

Brandon Simmons has a diverse work experience in the technology and staffing industry. Brandon currently holds the position of Vice President - Technology & Marketing at DeWinter Group, where they are responsible for overseeing technology and marketing initiatives. Prior to this, they worked as a Director of Technology & Applications at the same company.

Before joining DeWinter Group, Simmons served as a Senior Management Consultant at SIXCEL, a company specializing in staffing industry processes and technology. In this role, they led multiple Bullhorn One implementations, managed relationships between implementation teams and clients, and ensured project management and on-time delivery.

Simmons also worked at WorkLLama, where they held the position of VP - Customer Success & Partner Alliances. Here, they focused on customer success and forging partnerships with other organizations.

Earlier in their career, Simmons worked at Allied Global Services, initially in roles such as Staffing/Recruitment Manager and Practice Leader - Accounting & Financial Services. Brandon then held the role of Director of Shared Services (Operations) before being promoted to Vice President - Experience & Innovation. In this position, they designed and implemented a digital transformation plan and collaborated with a technology partner to develop an app for staffing automation.

Additionally, Simmons had a brief tenure at Allied Staffing, where they served as the Director of Shared Services, overseeing workforce management solutions for clients in the Kansas City area.

Brandon Simmons has completed 22 hours in the MA Administrative Leadership program at the University of Oklahoma. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology/Sport Management from the University of Central Oklahoma.
