Jess Beyer

Jess Beyer is the Director of Human Resources at DeWitt LLP, a full-service law firm in Wisconsin and Minnesota, where they oversee the recruitment, retention, and engagement of over 200 employees. With more than twenty years of experience in the legal industry, Jess has enriched employee development and promoted workplace diversity. They hold a Certified Legal Manager (CLM) credential and a Master of Beekeeping Certification from the University of Montana. Additionally, Jess operates their own beekeeping business, selling honey and nuc colonies, and enjoys using honey bee analogies to enhance workplace collaboration.
