Elijah Black is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in desktop administration and computer operations. Currently serving as a Senior Desktop Administrator at Dewpoint since May 2021, Elijah specializes in conducting Root Cause Analysis on complex client issues, utilizing ticketing systems such as Service Now and Service Desk Plus, and managing a variety of Managed Solutions. Prior to this role, Elijah worked as a Computer Operator at Dart Container, where responsibilities included responding to system inquiries, creating service tickets, and monitoring system performance. Additional experience includes serving as a Software Development Intern at Maestro and a Front Desk Associate/Lab Monitor at Western Michigan University. Elijah holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Western Michigan University.
