Josh Betz

Josh Betz is a skilled Network Engineer currently supporting the City of Grand Rapids at Dewpoint since February 2022. Responsibilities include deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Cisco tools and devices. Prior experience includes roles as a Desktop Administrator for the Grand Rapids Police Department at both Dewpoint and TEKsystems, focusing on Windows 10 support, imaging, and IT support for patrol vehicles. An internship as a Computer Support Specialist at MasterTag provided foundational helpdesk experience across various platforms and devices. Josh Betz is educated with an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Computer Information Systems from Ferris State University.
