Steve Freedland has held various roles in the imaging and service industry. Steve started their career with TPM in 1990 as a Technician and Supervisor. Steve then moved on to Wood Business Products in 1995, where they served as a Service Manager until 2003. In 2004, they joined DEX Imaging as a Corporate Service Supervisor and worked in that role until 2017. From 2017 to 2022, they served as a Regional Service Director at DEX Imaging. Currently, Steve holds the position of Director of Service Operations at DEX Imaging.
Steve Freedland holds an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Nova Southeastern University. Steve also earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from Broward College. Furthermore, Steve attended ITT Technical Institute Florida, where they studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering but did not complete a degree program. Steve also underwent leadership training for managers in Customer Service Management at Dale Carnegie. In terms of certifications, Steve obtained the Certified Document Imaging Architect (CDIA+) certification from CompTIA in February 2006, as well as the CompTIA Network+ certification in February 2004.
