Gustavo Beltrami

Gustavo Beltrami has extensive experience in various roles and industries. Gustavo is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of dex, a company founded in 2023. Before this, they co-founded and served as a Director at Patronos da Unicamp, an endowment fund supporting the academic mission of the State University of Campinas. Gustavo also worked as a Senior Technical Product Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2021 and as a Global Product Manager at Rappi from 2019 to 2020. Prior to these roles, Gustavo worked at McKinsey & Company, where they were a Senior Business Analyst from 2017 to 2019 and a Business Analyst Intern in 2016. During their time at McKinsey, they advised top companies in Latin America, focusing on areas such as Operations and Org Transformations, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. Gustavo was also the President of BA Hub, leading initiatives to improve the lifestyle and skills of analysts.

Gustavo Beltrami has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, which they obtained from 2012 to 2016. Gustavo also has a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bath, which they achieved from 2014 to 2015. Recently, Gustavo completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program in Business Administration and Management from Harvard Business School, which they pursued from 2020 to 2022. In addition, they obtained a certification from the Masters Program at Harvard Business School in 2022.
