Jamie Balducci

Jamie Balducci has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2001, they worked as a Junior Fellow in the Music Division at the Library of Congress. From 2002 to 2011, Jamie held various roles at Seattle University, including Data Systems & Reporting Specialist in Institutional Research, Assistant Director of IR, and Communications & Information Manager. Following this, they joined Group Health in 2011 as a Data Analyst, and later became a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst. Jamie then joined Kaiser Permanente in 2016, starting as an Analytics Business Partner before being promoted to Business Intelligence Manager and Senior Manager Business Intelligence. Jamie'sresponsibilities at Kaiser Permanente included developing Tableau Dashboards, leading root cause analysis, and serving as a subject matter expert for healthcare access and volume reporting. Jamie joined the Diocese of Olympia in 2018 as a Congregational Consultant. Jamie is currently working as a Data Insights Director at DexCare, a position they began in November 2021.

Jamie Balducci completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Pacific Lutheran University from 1996 to 2000. Later on, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS) degree from the University of Washington between 2000 and 2002. Additionally, Jamie obtained a Tableau Desktop Qualified Associate Certification from Tableau Software in October 2018.
